Send a notice to the contact below with:

• Your name, address, phone and email, and your physical or electronic signature.
• The work you say is infringed, and the exact URL on this site where the material appears.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notice

If material you posted was removed and you think that was a mistake, send a counter-notice with your contact details, the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or Wyoming if you're outside the US).

Repeat infringers lose access to any part of the site that lets them post.
